Role Description

This is a full-time
remote
role as a
Business Consultant
, you will play a key role in delivering successful implementations of Varicent (ICM and SPM) solutions. You'll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy systems that transform HR/sales operations.

Qualifications

Experience:
1–2 years implementing software solutions.

Education:
Recognized College/University Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Business Technology Management, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field

Technical Skills:
Varicent, SQL, JavaScript, REST API, Python (asset).

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and master Varicent software and internal processes quickly.
  • Understand and manage the full project lifecycle, challenging limitations and driving best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop Proof of Concept solutions for client demonstrations.
  • Design and configure solutions using industry best practices to deliver optimal results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and optimize product profitability.
  • Advise clients effectively, tailoring solutions to their needs and ensuring confidence in project progression.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, including delivering impactful presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through open communication and a consultative approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and solving problems effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of finance principles to support incentive compensation and sales performance solutions.
  • Additional experience with other ICM/SPM tools such as SAP, Xactly, CaptivateIQ or equivalent is an advantage
