Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Consultant
to support the implementation, enhancement, and production support of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR stakeholders to design and maintain commission and compensation models aligned with business policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support
    Oracle CX Incentive Compensation
    implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to
    commission structures, compensation plans, taxation, and payment models
  • Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including plans, rules, crediting, and pay groups
  • Translate business policies (CAPEX/OPEX, sales incentives) into system configurations
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams on Oracle CX user interface enhancements, including
    Redwood UI transitions (where applicable)
  • Work with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations
  • Design and manage functional roles and access controls following security and compliance standards
  • Support testing activities, prepare documentation, and assist with user training
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot incentive and commission calculation issues

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in
    Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle Fusion applications
  • Hands-on experience with
    Incentive Compensation, commissions, or sales compensation models
  • Strong functional experience in
    Oracle configuration and business process mapping
  • Experience working with Sales Operations and Finance stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of commission calculations, payouts, and compensation workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with
    Oracle Incentive Compensation module
  • Exposure to
    Oracle Redwood UI
  • Experience working with Oracle partners or large enterprise implementations
  • Prior consulting or lead functional role experience
