What You'll Be Doing 

Lead and present complex and specialty treatment plans including Invisalign, Implants, Endodontics, IV Sedation, Crowns, and Bridges Scan and manage orthodontic and Invisalign cases (up to 10 cases on Invisalign days) Communicate treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence Work chairside in the operatory alongside doctors during consultations Support patients through insurance and financial discussions with empathy Manage cases accurately across multiple dental systems Travel between clinic locations as needed Occasionally work evenings or after-hours to support patient care

A senior-level Treatment Coordinator with strong clinical and consult experience Confident, polished, and influential without being pushy Deeply knowledgeable across specialty and major dental treatments A warm, bubbly communicator who puts patients at ease Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
