Federated Insurances Commercial Insurance Sales trainees work hard to build and maintain relationships with commercial businesses across the province to provide a variety of insurance products.

Our Commercial Insurance Sales Representatives are passionate about providing excellent customer service and often go above and beyond in their professional and personal life. If you are interested in Commercial Insurance, Federated Insurance will provide full sales training with support from industry leaders, internal and external educational courses and support to obtain your insurance license.

In other words, the Commercial Insurance Sales Trainee program is a great way to move into the Commercial Insurance industry and grow your career

You're great at:

  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Relationship building
  • Achieving personal and team targets

You have:

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)
  • 1-2 years of front-line sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A valid driving license
