Front Office Receptionist

Overview
This role is the first point of contact for clients and partners and works closely with the company owner and department managers to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include strong communication and organizational skills, administrative data entry, and managing social media posts. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, social media savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Front Desk and Office Support Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and team members
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to emails promptly and route them to the appropriate team members
- Keep a clear log of all communications for record-keeping
- Provide general office support, data entry, cataloguing material inventory, ordering supplies and handling deliveries
- Create, manage, and track the progress of electrical authority permit applications and job tenders
- Create, manage, and track the company fleet of vehicles
- Create, manage, and track job bid tenders
Social Media Creation & Coordination
- Create and post content on company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Capture and share photos or short videos of projects, job sites, and team events—both in the office and off-site
- Write short, engaging captions that reflect our brand and team culture
- Keep social media pages active with consistent, professional and creative posts
- Work with management to plan and schedule posts that highlight current work, hiring or community involvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn in our team environment
- Comfortable visiting job sites occasionally for photos or updates
- Valid G Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
