Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cambridge, ON, for a Senior Developer/Lead specializing in Snowflake, ODI, and Matillion. The role requires hands-on development of data solutions, managing ETL processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehouse solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and deploying scalable data pipelines, optimizing performance, maintaining data quality, and ensuring data security. The Senior Developer/Lead will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and drive best practices for data management.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Computer Science
  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Proficient in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
  • Experience with Snowflake, ODI, and Matillion
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
