Full-Stack .NET Developer

The Full-Stack .NET Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications that power JETNET's core aviation intelligence products. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business needs. From architecting full-stack features to optimizing AWS-based services, the Developer drives mission-critical work that enhances our platform's reliability, scalability, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack solutions and AWS-based services.
- Build high-quality, scalable software following SDLC best practices and internal standards.
- Analyze business requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve software issues, ensuring stability and clear root-cause communication.
- Support releases during off-hours as required to maintain high system availability.
- Create clean, maintainable code, along with technical documentation and system diagrams.
- Stay current with new tools, libraries, and technologies to continuously advance development practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and research teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Partner with internal and external development teams to support system reliability and modernization initiatives.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional experience using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- 3+ years developing web applications using Blazor WASM, React/Redux, Vue, or similar SPA frameworks.
- Strong SQL database knowledge and experience with ORMs such as EF Core.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
- Experience with async development, event-driven communication, and background processing pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn complex business logic and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A genuine passion for aviation and building meaningful products
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Python.
Location:
Open to remote applicants based in Canada with current legal authorization to work in Canada.
Annual Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 CAD
