About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer
to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work across the full stack-designing backend systems and data flows, building intuitive and responsive front-end experiences, and ensuring our applications are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver modern web applications that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services , Python, Java, or Go).
  • Build clean, responsive front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines to support application features and performance.
  • Work with
    WebRTC
    for real-time communication features where required.

System Architecture & Operations

  • Architect full-stack solutions that integrate front-end, back-end, and data layers.
  • Implement and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    to streamline deployment and updates.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years
    of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as
    Python, , or Java
    .
  • Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as
    React, Angular, or Vue
    .
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g.,
    PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
    ).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g.,
    AWS, Azure, GCP
    ).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g.,
    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
    ).
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with AI Engineers to support AI-related features, integrations, or system components.
