Sales & Business Development Representative – Confidential Search
A great company and valued client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a strategic and bilingual Sales & Business Development Manager with outside sales experience in engineering, machinery, or related technical industries.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will focus on rebuilding sales, growing new markets, and strengthening OEM client relationships in North America (85% U.S., 15% Quebec/Europe).

The current representative is retiring but will remain part-time until year-end to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth onboarding.

Key Highlights

  • B2B sales experience in engineering, industrial machinery, architecture machinery, or similar sectors
  • 20% travel (≈1 week/month, primarily in the U.S.), all expenses covered
  • Bilingualism required: English essential, French functional or fluent
  • High visibility role in a high-performance, engineering-driven Quebec company
  • Ideal Profile Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales/business development experience in manufacturing, technical machinery, or engineering-related products
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate with engineers, designers, and decision-makers

Une excellente entreprise et client de confiance dans le secteur manufacturier recherche un Représentant / Responsable des ventes et du développement des affaires bilingue, avec expérience terrain en ventes dans l'ingénierie, machinerie industrielle, machinerie architecturale ou secteurs techniques similaires.

Relevant directement du Directeur général, le rôle consiste à relancer les ventes, développer de nouveaux marchés et renforcer les relations avec les clients OEM en Amérique du Nord (85 % États-Unis, 15 % Québec/Europe).

Le représentant actuel prendra sa retraite mais restera à temps partiel jusqu'à la fin de l'année pour assurer une transition fluide et un transfert de connaissances.
