What We're Looking For

We're seeking
motivated, licensed Insurance Brokers ( one year experience preferred)
to join our team. This person will help clients find the best coverage for their needs and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Quote and sell personal and/or commercial lines
  • Build and maintain a client book through referrals, networking, and leads
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance

Requirements

Active insurance license ( Property & Casualty Ribo )

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset

Prior sales experience is a plus
