Our sales producer position requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with a competitive compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts.

• Negotiate insurance policies tailored to client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients.
• Utilize innovative technology to streamline sales processes.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
• Promote the company's services through effective marketing strategies.

Job Details:

• Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence.
• Able to identify and solve our clients changing insurance demands.
• Review quotes and recommends coverage based on individual consumer needs.
• Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners.
• Co-ordinate and follow up on client leads.
• Flexibility to work from office or home.

Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of insurance products for home and auto is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Prior experience with CRM software is advantageous.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• RIBO/Wiling to get the RIBO license within 1 month of the hiring date
• Sales focused and not shy to go out and create referral partners from various businesses

This is a Commission Only position which provides commission on new business and renewals, and can approximately translate into the following depending on commission earned.

• 1st Year (60k to 80k)
• 2nd Year (85k to 120k)
• 3rd Year (125k to 180k+)

Experience: Previous sales and generating leads experience is a must.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woodbridge, ON.

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
