Personal Line Account Manager

About the Company:
We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.
About the Role:
If you have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 5 years and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast-paced insurance brokerage.
- Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- (TAM) Agency Manager or EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.
Qualifications:
- RIBO license (active)
- OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
- University Degree or College Diploma
- CIP designation an asset
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Lines while holding a RIBO license or OTL license
- Outstanding relationship building and client service
- Proficient in Agency Manager, Epic, Power Broker, various insurance company portals and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritizing
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with (TAM) Agency Manager or Epic Broker Management System
- Experience with Applied Rating Services and the company portals
Pay range and compensation
for this role is $54,000 -$65,000
