Downright Demolition is growing, and we're looking for a General Foreman / Superintendent who can take ownership of multiple active demolition projects and lead crews with confidence, clarity, and high standards.

This is a senior field leadership role. You'll be trusted to run jobs, train people properly, keep sites safe and productive, and make smart decisions without being micromanaged.

What You'll Be Accountable For
  • Running multiple demolition job sites simultaneously
  • Planning work, sequencing tasks, and keeping projects on schedule
  • Ordering materials, tools, and bins / disposal services as needed
  • Teaching and reinforcing proper demolition techniques (interior demo, selective demo, safety procedures, equipment use)
  • Leading, motivating, and correcting crews to meet productivity and quality expectations
  • Coordinating with the office, project managers, and estimators
  • Ensuring sites are safe, organized, and professional at all times
  • Identifying issues early and solving them before they become problems
  • Representing the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and trades
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a General Foreman, Superintendent, or Senior Foreman in demolition or a closely related trade
  • Strong knowledge of interior demolition methods, sequencing, and safety
  • Experience managing multiple crews and job sites
  • Confident leadership style – you can coach, direct, and hold people accountable
  • Comfortable ordering materials, bins, and coordinating logistics
  • Strong communication skills (clear, calm, and direct)
  • Ability to stay organized and make good decisions under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
