Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, for a Growth and User-Generated Content (UGC) Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, implementing growth hacking strategies, collaborating on UGC campaigns, analyzing performance data, supporting sales initiatives, and managing key projects. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and engagement objectives.

Qualifications

Have more than 30-50K On Any Social Media Platform.

  • Understand how to crack social media algorithm to go viral
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to guide growth strategies
  • Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and articulate ideas effectively
  • Hire other UGC creators
  • Experience in Growth Hacking techniques and strategies for scaling user engagement
  • Sales knowledge and skills to identify and target opportunities for revenue generation
  • Proficient in Project Management to oversee and execute growth and UGC initiatives
  • Creativity and a passion for innovation to identify and implement unique growth opportunities
  • Experience with social media platforms, UGC strategies, and content management tools is a plus
