Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

  • Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for ingredient replenishment

Skills

  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
  • Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
