This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Montreal, QC. The Specialist will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze web traffic metrics, and optimize digital content for engagement and performance. Responsibilities include coordinating online marketing strategies, monitoring analytics, and creating reports to track ROI and campaign success. Collaboration with internal teams to align brand messaging across channels is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies and tools
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing including managing platforms and campaigns
  • Strong skills in Web Analytics and ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop creative content and adapt strategies to meet evolving market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously**
