About the Role

Connect 4 is looking for a motivated student to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn hands-on digital marketing, advertising tech, and agency operations while working alongside experienced marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing ad tech platforms, including setup, basic optimization, and troubleshooting
  2. Monitor advertising performance and help identify what's working versus what's not
  3. Prepare advertising reports and analytics summaries for internal review and client delivery
  4. Support SEM initiatives, including keyword research, page optimization, tag implementation, and performance monitoring
  5. Assist with writing ad copy, planning creative concepts, script content, and contributing to articles
  6. Collaborate with the landing page and website team to ensure proper tracking and campaign alignment
  7. Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed to support the marketing team

Qualifications

  1. Currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  2. Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, and analytics
  3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  4. Willingness to learn and take initiative
  5. Experience with WordPress, Webflow, design tools, or ad management platforms is a strong asset (but not required)
  6. Interest in capital markets, finance, or investing
