Gold River Orthodontics is looking for an experienced treatment coordinator to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective patients and their families to be interested in orthodontic services.


The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for patient acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate, promote Gold River Orthodontics's services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective patients and their families.Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote patient retention.Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new patient acquisition.Track progress and results - Record potential patient interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Gold River Orthodontics' overall market opportunity.

Requirements:

1-2 years experience selling a product or serviceStrong knowledge in orthodontic treatment terminologyBachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable but not requiredExcellent ability to manage and build relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goalsAdvanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiatingUnrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective patients' needsFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Work schedule:  16hr-20hr/wk
Salary:  $23-26/hr based on experience
