The Role:
As an Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a hunter role, where you will build your own territory from the ground up.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Sales – Calling on businesses in person and on the phone, to sell our services and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Customer Engagement – Developing a strong rapport with clients through in-person visits and follow-ups.
- Order Deliveries – Personally delivering orders from the previous day's sales to build strong relationships and increase customer retention.
- CRM Management – Keeping track of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Quoting & Proposals – Providing customers with competitive quotes and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Vendor Managed Services – Selling and setting up customers on our weekly safety supply refill programs, including first aid cabinet refills and AED inspections.
- Workwear Allocation Software Sales – Promoting our unique clothing & workboot spend management tool to help businesses optimize costs while enhancing their brand identity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience (recent grads are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid Class G driver's license with 5 years experience driving in the GTA .
