About You
You are a driven and strategic Account Development Manager with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to client relationships. You excel at identifying opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently achieving results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential customers via calls, in-person, or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation tools
- Consult with prospects regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
- Maintain a high level of relevant general knowledge to connect with prospects
- Work with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales quota and KPIs
- Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers
- Provide forecasts on sales volumes
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targets
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a B2B fintech or high-volume sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
