Job Description:

What will you work on?

The Brand Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day business and be the key point of contact for leading the Interactive brand(s).

How will you create impact?

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.

  • Drive critical path process, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.

  • Liaise with licensors to ensure that all key milestones, forecasts, calendars, and other critical details are aligned to and shared.  Collaboration and communication with licensors are a key element of this role.

  • Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations including forecasting, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis in order to deliver brand financial goals.

  • Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager

  • Regularly analyze POS performance, competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities.  Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving to commercial opportunities.

  • Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners

What are your skills and experience?

  • Work experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in toy, entertainment, fashion, electronics or other pop culture products

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
