We are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team who will report to the VP Leasing and leads the lease-up of new and existing multi-family projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the lease-up phase of the project; marketing, lead generation, and sales.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings.
  • Contact leads, show properties, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Provide timely responses to tenant inquiries via email and phone.
  • Keep accurate records of leads and showings in CRM.
  • Join daily / weekly meetings, ensure department KPIs are met, and communicate with clients to provide leasing reports.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times

Experience / Skills Required:

  • 4+ years of leasing or real estate experience.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive team player.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and providing high-quality service.
  • Must have a full G driver's license.

Compensation:

  • Base salary + commission
  • Commission per lease
  • Base salary will be based on experience
  • Gas & phone allowance
  • Extended health benefits
