We are currently seeking a **Leasing Manager**to join our team who will report to the VP Leasing and leads the lease-up of new and existing multi-family projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage the lease-up phase of the project; marketing, lead generation, and sales.
- Participate in client-facing meetings.
- Contact leads, show properties, handle objections, and close sales.
- Keep accurate records of leads and showings in CRM.
- Join daily / weekly meetings, ensure department KPIs are met, and communicate with clients to provide leasing reports.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times

**Experience / Skills Required**:

- 4+ years of leasing or real estate experience.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Enjoy meeting new people and providing high-quality service.
- Must have a full G driver’s license.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary + commission
- Commission per lease
- Base salary will be based on experience
- Gas & phone allowance
- Extended health benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
