If so, Delta Faucet Company invites you to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for our customers—delivering exceptional service, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future of customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Review daily reports and take action to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate across departments—including Sales, Agencies, and Operations—to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service levels.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
     

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience and knowledge of Delta Faucet products are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
