The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are seeking an Yard Crew Lead Hand to join our Production and Yard Crew team in our St. George location, and report to the Yard Crew Manager.

Available Shifts/Hours are as follow:

Continental Day Shift (4 days on and 2 days off), the hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Continental Night Shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off), the hours are 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. *night shift premium of $1.00/hour applies to this shift.

Skills, Qualifications & Attributes required:

Strong focus to detail.Flexible working hours, willing to work day shift or night shiftExcellent communication skills.Forklift and Manitou license. Driver's license.Works well in a high demanding, deadline driven environment.Adhere to and promote all QA and Health and Safety regulations.Respectful to other employees at all times.Respectful of the Company and its mission and values. 

Job Duties:

Shoveling / chopping ice.Loading / offloading ice.Scanning.Cleaning yard / shoveling snow.Pallet repairs.
