Install Crew Supervisor

**Location**: Anyone who applies for the position must live within commuting distance of

St. Thomas, Ontario. You will travel to jobsites across Ontario from St. Thomas as a meeting point.

This position is 100% travel. Please decide if being away from home for days to weeks at a time fits with your lifestyle before applying. Hotels and meals are covered when traveling for extended stays for work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Oversee use of PPE required for jobs performed
- Follow OHSA and Regulations

**To successfully perform the essential functions of this job the skills outlined must be met**:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Walking, Standing, Bending, Twisting, Lift 50lbs +, Move 75lbs +
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Good communication skills to follow instructions effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks performed
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and tasks
- Accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to operate mobile equipment

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 2 years (preferred)

**Licence/Certification Required**:

- Class G Drivers License with clean drivers abstract for use of company vehicle
- Working at Heights
- Elevated Work Platform

**Communication**
- Strong communication skills (English both oral and written)

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Thomas, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
