Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves performing high quality cleaning and maintenance services for commercial and residential. The ideal candidate will have experience with various cleaning methods, operate power tools and hand tools efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clients

Duties

  • Operate pressure washers and other power tools to clean building exteriors, equipment, and surfaces effectively.
  • Perform facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment.
  • Utilize hand tools for detailed cleaning tasks and minor repairs as needed.
  • Conduct residential cleaning services adhering to safety standards and client specifications.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned projects within scheduled deadlines.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions outside
  • Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials safely during cleaning operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning projects.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and address client needs.
  • Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided as necessary. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our clients' facilities through expert pressure washing techniques combined with excellent customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
