Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Washer / Landscaping Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality exterior cleaning services and maintaining landscaped areas to enhance the appearance and safety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. Prior experience in pressure washing or landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn new skills.

Duties

  • Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, mowing, planting, and maintaining lawns and garden beds
  • Prepare work sites by setting up equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
  • Inspect work areas before and after service to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and perform routine maintenance on pressure washing tools and landscaping equipment
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in pressure washing, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Ability to operate pressure washers, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license is preferred; ability to drive company vehicles is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary
