Pressure Washing Technician

Overview Operates power washer to remove dirt, debris, and staining on sidewalks and parking garages    What responsibilities will I have?

• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
• Pressure wash mobile and fixed equipment
• Maintain the pressure washing equipment
• Inspect all equipment to ensure that it is clean and clear of all dirt and debris
• Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other teammates as needed
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety practices and procedures
• Use degreasers or removal chemical as label recommends when requested by supervision
• Maintain established schedule as requested and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency
• Clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed
• Keep tools and equipment in good repair
• Other job duties as assigned

What You Need to Have:

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Ability to work after hours (night and weekend shift)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop outdoor environment
• Ability to safely operate equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions, work independently and multitask.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate efficiently
• Ability to use safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers
• Ability to manage time
• Ability to perform all physical, mental and environmental job functions
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Ability to be flexible to work off hours, weekends, holidays in an industrial environment which includes being outdoors in all weather conditions
