HR & Admin Lead
to support both our staff and the clients we serve.
If you thrive in a people-first environment, enjoy fast-paced problem-solving, and love blending HR responsibilities with meaningful administrative work, you'll be a strong fit for this role. We're hoping to bring someone on board soon, so early applicants are encouraged.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR processes, including onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members
- Answer phones and provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers
- Build warm, positive relationships with both staff and clients
- Address day-to-day challenges with confident, solution-focused problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records and organized office systems
- Use technology and AI tools to improve office efficiency and workflows
Who You Are
- An experienced administrative professional with HR experience or genuine interest
- An excellent communicator who truly enjoys helping people
- Tech-friendly and eager to learn new systems
- Highly organized, dependable, and steady under pressure
- Warm, professional, and aligned with our family-first culture
- Medical background is an asset, but not required
Compensation
- Competitive pay range:
$24–$28/hour
, depending on experience - Recommended starting rate for qualified candidates:
$26/hour - (approx.
$54,080 annually
)
