I'm Sandra, CEO of Sandra's Home Health Care Services. As one of Niagara's most trusted home care providers, we're growing quickly — and we're looking for a confident, proactive, and caring
HR & Admin Lead
to support both our staff and the clients we serve.

If you thrive in a people-first environment, enjoy fast-paced problem-solving, and love blending HR responsibilities with meaningful administrative work, you'll be a strong fit for this role. We're hoping to bring someone on board soon, so early applicants are encouraged.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR processes, including onboarding, compliance, and documentation
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers
  • Build warm, positive relationships with both staff and clients
  • Address day-to-day challenges with confident, solution-focused problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records and organized office systems
  • Use technology and AI tools to improve office efficiency and workflows

Who You Are

  • An experienced administrative professional with HR experience or genuine interest
  • An excellent communicator who truly enjoys helping people
  • Tech-friendly and eager to learn new systems
  • Highly organized, dependable, and steady under pressure
  • Warm, professional, and aligned with our family-first culture
  • Medical background is an asset, but not required

Compensation

  • Competitive pay range:
    $24–$28/hour
    , depending on experience
  • Recommended starting rate for qualified candidates:
    $26/hour
