Job Summary

The Front End Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front end of our salon and retail establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing front end operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our full coffee bar and provide beverages to our guests.
  • Manage daily operations at the front end, including cashiering and POS transactions.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, including upselling and promotions to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers by promoting a friendly and efficient checkout process.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the front end and assist in restocking as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards regarding cleanliness and organization at the front end.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Experience with cashiering and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry (salon experience preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a coffee shop.
