Nous cherchons notre futur Analyste d'affaires sénior, spécialisé en organisation du travail pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Vos missions

  • Documenter les processus d'affaires actuels et ceux ciblés, en plus d'évaluer l'impact des changements sur les opérations.

  • Élaborer diverses stratégies (ex. : expérimentation, implantation et déploiement) ainsi que les contenus afférents (ex. : communications, guides, procédures et aide-mémoires).

  • Mettre en place des expérimentations/tests utilisateurs/pilotes et ajustement par la suite ainsi que l'analyse des données et ajustement des solutions.

  • Assurer l'identification, la documentation et l'approbation des indicateurs de gestion.

  • Participer à l'architecture d'affaires détaillée et ses processus et à la détermination des orientations, le cas échéant.

  • Assurer la cohérence méthodologique des travaux d'analyse à réaliser.

  • Participer aux travaux visant l'implantation des changements au sein du réseau provincial et soutenir les clientèles visées en période de post-implantation.

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires dans l'élaboration des stratégies globales.

  • Contribuer aux activités de suivi des résultats et de reddition de comptes, dont la rédaction du bilan de projet.

  • Assurer le transfert des connaissances aux ressources désignées par le client.

  • Prendre en charge tous autres travaux relevant d'un analyste d'affaires.

Votre profil

  1. Au moins dix années d'expérience à titre d'analyste d'affaires.

  2. Un mandat d'un minimum de 220 j-p en tant qu'analyste d'affaires lors d'une transformation organisationnelle au cours des cinq dernières années :

    • d'un organisme d'envergure similaire au client;

    • modifiant les processus d'affaires de l'organisation;

    • affectant plusieurs directions au sein de l'organisation;

    • ayant un impact important sur la clientèle, les partenaires et les employés.

  3. Deux mandats d'au moins 100 j-p chacun, en tant qu'analyste d'affaires visant la révision de processus d'affaires et la réalisation des analyses d'impacts en milieu utilisateurs.

  4. Deux mandats d'au moins 100 j-p chacun, en tant qu'analyste d'affaires, visant l'élaboration des stratégies de déploiement ou d'implantation de nouveaux processus d'affaires, ainsi que les contenus afférents.
