The Purpose:
As the Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across This role is central to the development of agentic bots using Microsoft Copilot and large language models (LLMs), embedding automation into everyday tools and workflows. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in automation technologies, a collaborative approach to cross-functional problem-solving, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and align solutions with 's strategic goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Design and Build Agentic Bots: Develop intelligent, autonomous agents using Microsoft Copilot and LLMs to automate repetitive tasks, decision-making workflows, and cross-platform integrations.
- Process Mapping and Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business units to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into actionable bot use cases.
- Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning: Craft effective prompts and fine-tune LLM behavior to ensure bots respond accurately and contextually across diverse business scenarios.
- Copilot Integration: Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities across M365 and Power Platform to embed automation into everyday tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
- Bot Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation bots—from ideation and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Security and Compliance Alignment: Ensure all automation solutions adhere to 's security, privacy, and compliance standards, especially when handling sensitive data.
- Documentation and Enablement: Create clear documentation and training materials to support bot adoption, usage, and troubleshooting across teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track bot performance metrics, user feedback, and operational impact to refine and scale automation solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, IT, and business stakeholders to align automation initiatives with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Innovation and R&D: Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, agentic systems, and automation tooling to continuously evolve 's automation capabilities.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
