We are opening our first retail/industrial location.

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing business. This role combines logistics, customer service, and supplier coordination — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain inventory levels for rentals and sales.
  • Manage delivery and pick-up schedules to ensure timely, professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and sales via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Order products and parts from suppliers and track shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records for orders, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in retail, healthcare, or service industries).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory/order management systems.
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset.
  • Experience enhancing customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Post-secondary education required
