Job Description:

En tant qu'analyste aux activités opérationnelles, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue des opérations et des outils qui soutiennent la prestation de services santé et l'expérience client. Relevant du Directeur – Évolution des pratiques opérationnelles, vous veillerez à maintenir la fluidité des activités tout en contribuant au développement de pratiques innovantes.

Vous serez appelé à concevoir des tableaux de bord performants et résoudre des problématiques techniques courantes. Grâce à vos analyses et recommandations, vous aurez un impact direct sur l'efficacité et la qualité des processus, en favorisant des solutions concrètes et durables.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Effectuer et optimiser les extractions et manipulations des données nécessaires aux activités du secteur

  • Définir et produire les statistiques, analyses et indicateurs requis afin de mesurer l'efficacité opérationnelle et aider à la prise de décision

  • Prendre en charge différents mandats reliés aux activités opérationnelles en évaluant leur faisabilité

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des solutions retenues dans le cadre de projets d'amélioration d'affaires et technologiques ou d'optimisation des activités opérationnelles

  • Développer des outils performants pour le secteur

  • Agir comme personne-ressource et collaborer avec l'équipe TI aux diverses analyses et travailler avec les utilisateurs lors de la mise en production

  • Identifier les besoins opérationnels, établir les diagnostics et recommander des solutions

  • Collaborer à l'évaluation des processus de travail et soumettre des recommandations afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du travail et la qualité des opérations

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en administration, analyses d'affaires, statistiques, informatique ou autres domaines connexes

  • Cumuler un minimum de 3 années d'expérience pertinente

  • Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise

  • Connaissance avancée des logiciels de gestion des données tels qu'Excel, Python, etc. et des outils tel que SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
