Job Description:

En tant qu' analyste d'affaires, vous contribuez à l'amélioration des processus et au bon fonctionnement des systèmes de perception, incluant GFI. Vous analysez les besoins d'affaires, proposez des solutions d'optimisation et collaborez avec divers secteurs de l'organisation pour soutenir la croissance et l'efficacité des opérations de la direction. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des changements de l'application GFI.

Vous relevez les défis professionnels suivants :

  • Élaborer des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques pour les systèmes de facturation. Documenter les processus, les flux de travail et les procédures opérationnelles

  • Contribuer à des projets d'implantation ou d'amélioration des systèmes de facturation, en assurant un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement, le respect des échéanciers et une gestion efficace des ressources

  • Définir des scénarios de tests pour valider les nouvelles fonctionnalités du système de facturation, et réaliser les tests d'acceptation afin de garantir que les solutions livrées répondent aux besoins opérationnels

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'apprentissage organisationnel pour assurer la formation des utilisateurs finaux sur les nouveaux outils et processus de facturation, tout en offrant un soutien technique et fonctionnel aux équipes opérationnelles afin de faciliter l'adoption et l'efficacité des solutions mises en place

  • Analyser les données de facturation pour identifier des tendances, des anomalies et des opportunités d'optimisation. Produire des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour le suivi de la performance

  • S'assurer que les processus de facturation respectent les réglementations en vigueur et les politiques internes de l'entreprise

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Formation universitaire en administration, en analyse d'affaires ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente

  • Bonne connaissance des activités et processus dans un centre de perception

  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes opérationnels utilisés au centre de perception incluant GFI et la Suite Guidewire (Billing Center et Contact Manager)
