As our business expands, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Health and Dental and Life Underwriter to join our team. - Stay current on medical and dental trends, treatment protocols, and underwriting best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help achieve departmental goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in health and/or dental insurance underwriting (or relevant education in medical, dental, or insurance fields).
- Basic understanding of medical and dental terminology, anatomy, and treatment procedures.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Interest in pursuing industry designations (e.g., LOMA, ALU, FLMI).
- Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
When you join our team:
- We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
- We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
- As part of our global team, we'll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
