Alliance Employment Group is looking for a Recruiter to join our internal Etobicoke team

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing full cycle recruitment support for all clients
  • Creating and promoting job advertisements
  • Scheduling and performing interviews with candidates
  • Registering potential candidates in person or online/updating candidate information in our database
  • Ensuring the organization and confidentiality of important paperwork and employee documents
  • Provide assistance in sales, running a full 360 desk

Requirements Include:

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous high volume recruitment experience, agency experience preferred
  • Previous recruiting experience in labour, industrial, warehouse industries
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on client needs
  • Bilingual - speaking French, Spanish, Tagalog, or Arabic

Note:

Pay: $25.00 an hour

Benefits: Available after 3 months

Location: In office, no remote or hybrid available at this time
