Alliance Employment Group is looking for a Recruiter to join our internal Etobicoke team
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Providing full cycle recruitment support for all clients
- Creating and promoting job advertisements
- Scheduling and performing interviews with candidates
- Registering potential candidates in person or online/updating candidate information in our database
- Ensuring the organization and confidentiality of important paperwork and employee documents
- Provide assistance in sales, running a full 360 desk
Requirements Include:
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous high volume recruitment experience, agency experience preferred
- Previous recruiting experience in labour, industrial, warehouse industries
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on client needs
- Bilingual - speaking French, Spanish, Tagalog, or Arabic
Note:
Pay: $25.00 an hour
Benefits: Available after 3 months
Location: In office, no remote or hybrid available at this time
