**Provincial Smart Home Services** is one of Canada's fastest-growing companies. We provide residential homeowners with the latest Smart Home and HVAC products as well as 24/7 protection on their new equipment.

We are looking for **A FULLTIME RECRUITER **who has a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for Recruiting, are familiar with labor law, and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”

Skills & Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. While not always a strict requirement, having a degree can demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of relevant concepts.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay.

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Weekend availability
