**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.
