Role Overview
This role will drive commercial expansion across North America, with a particular focus on high-growth international corridors and Emerging Market use cases. You'll own the full sales cycle for B2B cross-border payments and FX solutions, from proactive outbound prospecting through to close. Success in this role comes from navigating complex buying groups, delivering compelling product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle sales process for B2B cross-border payments and FX solutions
- Proactively prospect and build pipeline via outbound channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and strategic referrals
- Qualify customer needs, articulate value, and position solutions to solve complex international payment challenges
- Lead product demonstrations and commercial discussions with finance, treasury, and executive stakeholders
- Manage opportunities through all stages of the sales process, from first touch to close
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Partner closely with Account Management to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience within payments, fintech, FX, or financial infrastructure
- Proven success selling complex B2B solutions in a high-velocity or scale-up environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex buying committees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a strong desire to win
