We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our hospitality sales team in Montreal. This role directly nurtures and activates leads generated by our Sales Development Reps and Marketing Campaigns. To maintain and exceed monthly revenue targets by building a strong pipeline of customers for Lightspeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Lightspeed as their solution
  • Conduct in depth product demos
  • Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
  • Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline

And a little bit of...

  • Work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Lightspeed MRR in the process.
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.

How You Will Succeed

  • Consistently achieve your monthly revenue targets
  • Effectively manage your pipeline
  • Provide valuable market feedback to management

What You Need To Bring

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a 360 selling environment
  • Relevant work experience in an industry like IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, restaurant or technology.
  • Experience working in a retail environment would be great, but isn't necessary.
  • Experience in an outbound sales environment.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
