Vous êtes passionné(e) par la vente, le développement stratégique et les relations clients ? Ce rôle est pour vous. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe des ventes, vous serez responsable de développer et de faire croître un portefeuille de clients, tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'expansion de notre présence sur le marché.
Vos principales responsabilités
· Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
· Participer à des salons et événements d'affaires pour élargir votre réseau et générer de nouveaux prospects.
· Atteindre (et dépasser) vos objectifs de ventes grâce à une approche proactive et orientée résultats.
· Effectuer des analyses de comptes et élaborer des plans de développement adaptés aux besoins des clients.
· Mener des négociations stratégiques et conclure des ententes gagnant-gagnant.
· Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour offrir des solutions personnalisées et un service client exceptionnel.
· Utiliser les outils CRM pour assurer un suivi rigoureux des activités commerciales et des opportunités.
· Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de vente et à l'innovation commerciale.
Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe
· Diplôme postsecondaire en administration, commerce, logistique ou domaine connexe.
· Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente B2B ou B2C, idéalement dans un environnement de services ou de transport.
· Expérience avérée auprès de décideurs de haut niveau (directeurs, cadres, VP).
· Solides compétences en négociation, en communication et en présentation.
· Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en maintenant une approche stratégique et axée sur les résultats.
· Maîtrise d'un CRM (Salesforce ou équivalent).
· Connaissance du marché local et du secteur logistique (un atout).
· Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et passion pour les relations humaines.
· Mobilité pour des déplacements ponctuels selon les besoins du territoire.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and business events to expand your network and generate new leads.
- Achieve (and exceed) sales targets through a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Conduct account analyses and develop tailored growth strategies based on client needs.
- Lead strategic negotiations and close win-win agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Use CRM tools to track commercial activities and manage opportunities effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and commercial innovation.
What You Bring to the Team
- Postsecondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within a service or transportation environment.
- Proven experience dealing with senior decision-makers (Directors, Executives, VPs).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Knowledge of the local market and logistics sector (an asset).
- Team spirit, autonomy, and a genuine passion for relationship building.
- Availability for occasional travel within the assigned territory.
