Nestled in the heart of Jasper, Park Place Inn is a charming boutique hotel offering a warm, personalized experience to travelers from around the world. We pride ourselves on exceptional guest service, comfort, and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent who is professional, presentable, and passionate about hospitality to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our booking system
  • Manage phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests
  • Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm, respectful, and solution-oriented manner
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, and activities in Jasper
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy, well-organized, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other front desk duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school Completion (required)
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and presentable at all times
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working evening shifts with flexibility
