Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts(11PM-7AM) 2 Days a week guaranteed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Conduct nightly audits of hotel operations, including reviewing financial transactions and preparing reports.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor that reflects the values of our establishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
