TEL Construction is growing fast and we're looking for a driven, organized, Supervisor/Manager to help lead our siding projects across Calgary.

If you have solid construction experience, take pride in clean work, communicate well, and can keep a crew moving — you'll thrive here.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Running day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating materials & deliveries
  • Managing crews + subcontractors
  • Quality control & inspections
  • Keeping projects on schedule
  • Client + builder communication
  • Ensuring safety & site cleanliness
  • Reporting progress to management

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years construction experience (exteriors preferred)
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented — not scattered
  • Can plan, schedule and keep crews productive
  • Ability to read drawings & scopes of work
  • Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
  • Reliable, professional, coachable

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with siding/exteriors (Hardie, LP, LUX, Metal)
  • Past supervisor, lead hand, or foreman experience
  • Comfortable using basic software (calendar, photos, checklists)
