Position Overview:
As a Business Development & Account Manager at Rolls Right Industries, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of the trucking, warehousing, and logistics sectors, combined with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the trucking, warehousing, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and operational requirements in the logistics sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales and account management strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry insights to grow the company's presence.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue while meeting clients' needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure capacity and service delivery meet client expectations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a professional network and stay informed on market trends.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales results, and market conditions for management review.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and senior leadership to support strategic planning for entering new markets or expanding in existing ones.
