Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 7:45 am - 3:00 pm

Two Saturday's a month: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $ $32.00/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a new opening.

Your Role:

· Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression

· Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps

· Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records

· Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations

. Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts

· Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments

· Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

About You:

· Minimum 2 years of Dental Administration experience is required

· Experience with dental software programs is required ( Abeldent an asset)

· Clinical background is considered an asset
