What You'll Be Doing

  • Meeting homeowners and helping them choose the right heating & cooling solutions.
  • Building trust, educating customers, and closing deals with confidence.
  • Following up on leads generated by our marketing team and service department.
  • Driving performance, hitting targets, and setting new records every month.

What We're Looking For

  • A closer. Someone who lives for the rush of the deal.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, home comfort, or in-home sales — or just raw sales talent with a drive to learn.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and confidence.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
  • A mindset that says: "Good enough" is never good enough.
