**Financial Services Representative (Permanent, Full-time)**

**Location**:Lindsay, ON

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

**Rate of Pay**: Dependent on experience

**As a Financial Services Representative, you will**:

- Specialize in retail lending, recommending solutions which will enable our members to achieve their personal financial objectives.
- Anticipate and determine the needs of members. Transact request or refer the member to the suitable service area.
- Provide needs-based advice, counselling members on financial matters such as family budgeting, credit management and investment/retirement planning.
- Identify opportunities to generate sales and new members.
- Monitor the renewal of maturing investments, mortgages and loans. Ensure members receive appropriate notice, advising of alternative options and assist with renewals.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with members by providing excellent member service.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education with emphasis in business or financial planning would be an asset
- A minimum of two years’ comprehensive experience in consumer lending
- Advanced member service and sales skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Mutual Funds License, active and in good standing would be an asset
- Willingness to complete additional educational components as required
